Frequently asked questions

I want to build but Douglas County requires septic approval first, can you help?

Yes! This is our primary business helping you install a county and DEQ approved septic system. The first step is to come visit your location and lay out the septic system and leach field. Next, we can come dig the test holes. After that, the county can come out and inspect the soils capacity to drain. After approval we can come in during dry weather and dig in the tank and leach lines for your septic system. Final approval from Douglas county is required and then you can go further on your building project.

How much does an average septic system costs?

It is hard to say exact prices as it depends on the location, soil test holes, leach field location relative to county rules, etc. If it is an ideal location we can do our excavation work in several days then install the septic system in the last day. Typical Standard systems run in the $16,000-$18,000 range where as difficult systems can cost $25,000 or more. Call for an estimate!

Can you help with clearing land for a house?

Our equipment and crew can clear out brush and overgrown landscapes and carve in flat pads for buildings, roads, trenching, and all your excavation needs.

How busy is your schedule?

In the sunny months we work full time installing septic systems, give a call to find out where we are in our scheduling of excavator equipment and operators.
